Here's the points from GW12:
A quick roundup of GW12 as the very short turn around this week has me strapped for time. 56 points scored which was 5 points above the average but still a red arrow of 47k down to 296k. Returns
for Salah(C), McCarthy, Vestergaard, DCL, Bamford, and Cresswell. So six returners which would normally be a green arrow, but that seemingly unstoppable pair of Son and Kane got a return each again,
and given their high ownership, it resulted in a red arrow for me. Oh and Vardy got a big 13 point haul which didn't help none either. An average week, and we move on again.
I am banking the transfer to have two next week. The team is in fine shape with no new concerns. Kilman needs removing from my bench as he has seemingly lost his place, but that can wait.
Using the Captaincy Tool (now using this season's numbers), here are the odds of a return for the main candidates:
This is between KDB and Bruno then. I have already pointed out on more than one occassion, Bruno's relentless form on the road. A return in every away game this season with 4 double figure returns. It will eventually end you'd imagine, but I wouldn't bet on it happening against bottom of the table Sheffield.
But West Brom are the worst team in the league defensively and I fear an onslaught by City in this, and KDB is usually a part of any such City route. So it's KDB this week and here's hoping for a third double figure haul from him in a row at the Etihad:
Vestergaard will be first sub this week for the Saints away tie to Arsenal. Vice captain is Bruno, naturally.
Ok, that's it for this article.
Bye for now.
